      가정오수의 오염물질 존재형태별 구성비 및 생분해성 = Biodegradability and Component Ratio of Existing Forms of Pollutants in Raw Domestic Sewage

      This study was performed in order to calculate organic compound ratio and biological decomposition rate coefficient by biodegradability test on raw domestic sewage.
      Concentration of DOC, POC, TOC, BOD, COD<sub>Mn</sub> from 965 nationwide raw domestic sewage samples were 52.8 mg/L, 54.9 mg/L, 53.3 mg/L, 106.1 mg/L, 76.4 mg/L. Composition rate of TOC/BOD was 0.7 for Han river, 0.7 for Geum river, 0.6 for Nakdong river, 0.77 for Yeongsan river and average composition rate was 0.65. And Composition rate of TOC/COD<sub>Mn</sub> was 1.5 for Han river, 1.37 for Geum river, 1.33 for Nakdong river, 1.48 for Yeongsan river with average rate of 1.39.
      Results of biodegradability test from 20 site in Han and Geum river, removal rate was 90.3% for BOD, 83.4% for TOC and 78.5% for COD<sub>Mn</sub>. Composition rate of TOC/BOD, TOC/COD<sub>Mn</sub> and COD<sub>Mn</sub>/BOD was 0.54, 0.93 and 0.58 before treatment, but after 20 days of biological treatment, rate changed to 0.94, 0.73 and 1.28. Biological decomposition coefficient, K<sub>TOC</sub>, K<sub>BOD</sub>, K<sub>COD</sub>, by biological decay was calculated to be 0.1028, 0.1245 and 0.0950.
