아트메이크업과 해체적 시각에서 본 이미지 변형 연구 = A Study on Image Transformation in View of Art-Makeup and Deconstruction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The goals of this paper were as follows. First, the transformation of the image of art-makeup must seek the alteration of its original shape in the form of deconstruction. Second, development as art and the expansion of the field of creation must establish a new expression of image transformation based on the field of art-makeup—beauty fantasy, art-mask, makeup 3D illustration, and body art.
The research methods combined a theoretical study with a case study of representative artists and the production of researcher's works.
The characteristics of these works and the significance of this study in view of deconstruction are arranged as follows. First, the study of deconstruction and transformation by the visual expression of art-makeup by utilizing image expression is highly significant in reinterpreting the expressive scope of art-makeup and coming up with a methodology. Second, the use and method of expression of art-makeup with special makeup materials will be an opportunity to help makeup artists construct creative ideas and diversity in future. Third, the formative form of art-makeup through transformation can't only be connected by aesthetic categories of ugliness, but bring about the change of aesthetic consciousness.
