      The Purpose of this paper is to present Rudolf Steiner's thoughts on and methods in Art Education and how to apply to promote Korean Art Education.
      Rudolf Steiner believe that all education should be Art and that art is an essential element in the education of children, I believe that introduction of Steiner's philosophy into Korean Art Education will be instrumental in the emotional development of Korean children.
      The first section of this paper deals with thought on Education. Section tow considers Art Education in Rudolf Steiner’s thought. It include 1. Meaning of Art Education on Steiner. 2. The practice of Art Education I the Steiner School.
      Especially it describes the “Formen”: the practice of drawing lines. And water color: which encourages the child to express their inner feelings and imaginative images. We found that through Art Education make better feeling and be in harmony for the children.
      In conclusion. We examine Steiner’s view that art is not merely the creation of a picture, but also a very valuable tool in aiding a child’s growth process. While direct implementation into the art education programs of today may present certain difficulties. There are many clues to be found within Steiner’s method of Art Education to solving the emotional problems seen also in today’s Korean children.
