감성기반 웹사이트의 유형별 디지털 스토리텔링 플랫폼 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

웹 사이트는 불특정 다수의 사용자가 접근하는 유동적이고 개방적인 특성 때문에 사용자의 요구와 선호도가 반영되도록 디자인하는 것이 중요하다. 특히 최근 들어 웹 기술과 디자인이 평준화됨에 따라 기능이나 효율성뿐만 아니라 감성적인 경험을 제공해줄 수 있도록 디자인하는 것이 더욱 중요해 지고 있다. 이와 같은 배경으로 인해 최근에는 웹사이트에서 지속적이고 풍부한 사용자 경험을 제공하여 사용자들이 원하는 것을 찾은 후에도 사이트 내에 계속 머물면서 사이트의 다양한 콘텐츠들을 경험하고 재방문을 유도할 수 있는 방법들이 요구되고 있다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 웹사이트의 유형별 특성을 고려하여 사용자들에게 감성적 경험을 제공해 줄 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다 이를 위해 웹 환경에서 감성적 경험을 제공하는 기존 사이트들의 한계점을 극복하고 다양한 유형의 사이트에서 풍부한 사용자 경험을 제공하기 위한 방법으로써, ‘감성기반 웹사이트의 유형별 디지털 스토리텔링 플랫폼’을 개발하였다.
본 연구에서 제안한 ‘감성기반 웹사이트의 유형별 디지털 스토리텔링 플랫폼’은 감성적 경험을 제공하는 기존 사이트들의 한계점을 극복하고, 다양한 유형의 사이트에서 풍부한 사용자 경험을 제공함으로써 세계 웹 시장에서 경쟁력을 높이는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

It is important to design a website reflecting users’ demand and preference because of fluid and open features approached by many and unspecified users. Especially, recently according to standardization of web technology and design, it becomes more important to make a design to offer emotional experiences as well as function or efficiency. Because of the above background, recently it is necessary to make methods to let users experience diverse contents of sites, continuing to stay within sites even after finding what they want and to lead users to revisit websites by offering continuous and abundant experiences in websites.
Therefore the study offered emotional experiences to users by considering features of websites by each type. To be so, the study developed ‘Development of Digital Storytelling Platform by Type in Emotional-based Website’ as a method to overcome the limits of the existing websites offering emotional experiences in web environment and to offer abundant experiences to users in diverse-type websites. The study will also present a plan to offer emotional experiences more effectively in websites by examining whether users had higher-level emotional experiences and higher utility and satisfaction in websites by each type applying digital storytelling platforms through tests.
‘Development of Digital Storytelling Platform by Type in Emotional-based Website’ presented by the study will give a help in raising competitiveness in the world web market by overcoming the limits of the existing sites offering emotional experiences and offering abundant experiences for users in diverse-type sites.
