      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This study was education and degree of satisfaction of scalp and hair care of beauty service industry workers. The results are as follows: Regarding the education on scalp and hair care, in general, they received scalp care educations through the education of the products company mainly less than 10 times. The higher their academic background, job title, or salary, the more they have experience and times in receiving education. The received educations for activation of scalp and hair care were the scalp massage(23.5%), physiological function(23.1%) and counseling technique(22.4%) for scalp and hair care related to scalp and hair, diagnosis and judgement of scalp, education for clinic products, and machine usage. With above results, It is urgently required to develop various programs for activation of the treatment for scalp and hair care as well as improve the customer`s awareness by raising customer`s satisfaction through more systematic education.
