순천-광양축 광역버스정보시스템(BIS)에 대한 시민 만족도 조사연구 = A Study On User Satisfaction Survey Analysis of Bus Information System in Suncheon -Gwangyang Corridor

This study executes a research on user satisfaction survey analysis of Bus Information System in Suncheon - Gwangyang corridor. And it is evaluated positively on research which is done about utility and reliance of BIS in Suncheon - Gwangyang corridor in user side and driver side. The recognition of BIS was 35% before it done and it is increased to 79% after it done. The number of citizens who responds ``BIS is necessary`` is increased from 82% to 85% after it done. According to citizen survey report, 87% of responsers said ``BIS is useful``, satisfaction of BIS is 63%, the satisfaction for installation of BIS machine is 73% and the utilization ratio of BIS is 73%. So BIS should be reliable by extention of bus lane system and extended to the whole of Suncheon - Gwangyang. At last, If extention and improvement of BIS became established by cooperation of local government, transportation enterprises, bus drivers, and the citizen in Suncheon - Gwangyang city, it could be a help to solve the traffic problem through the activating the utility of city bus system and decrease of private cars.
