This paper is to examined the nature of Tae Hak in Koguryo period, if the Tae Hak of Koguryo was effected by foreign cultural exchange, through ascertaining the relation with Chinese culture in the view of foreign relation, transmit of Buddhism culture, system of Tae Hak in ancient China, and Chinese law system at that time etc. I'd like to summing up the out put as follows
First, in the view of foreign relation and transmit of Buddhism culture into Koguryo, the time when system of Tae Hak in Koguryo was effected by ancient Chinese Tae Hak at least in the early days would be Wei and Jin dynasty(魏晋) based on Han(漢) culture, latter period by Tang(唐)culture. However, it seemed that related with Buddhism, indirect effect was rather greater than direct.
Second, the relation of Tae Hak in Koguryo with ancient Chinese Tae Hak, in the early days it would be effected by Han(漢) and Jin's(晋) culture, latter period by Tang(唐)culture.
Third, if Koguryo culture was effected by Han·Wei and Jin(漢,魏,晋)culture, the proclamation of law in Koguryo would be effected by Tai Shi law(泰始律令). However there was a Doctor who was a school teacher in Koguryo just like from Jin dynasty to Tang period, if official rank and contents of school education differ from China, I can analogize unique characteristics of Koguryo Tae Hak.
But it would be remained that under the such hypotheses, how we prescribe the unique characteristics of Koguryo Tae Hak. It could be seemed that though educational system of Koguryo was effected by china, it may be settled suitable for our situation and also developed as a unique characteristics of Koguryo Tae Hak.
