유아의 자기조절 능력에 영향을 미치는 생태체계 변인 및 자기조절 증진 프로그램 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아의 자기 조절 능력에 영향을 미치는 변인을 유기체 변인과 미시체계 변인을 중심으로 생태학적 관점에서 탐색하여 유아의 자기 조절능력의 일반적인 경향과 자기조절능력 프로그램의 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적을 두었다.
이를 위해 광주광역시 보육 시설을 이용하는 만 3 4, 5, 6세 280명의 유아의 어머니와 담임교사 25명을 대상으로 구조화된 질문지를 사용하여 유아의 자기조절능력에 영향을 주는 변인에 대한 자료를 수집하였다.
자료 분석을 위하여 Windows용 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여, Cronbach's α 계수와 기초 통계치를 산출하였고, 독립표본 t-검증, 상관관계 분석 그리고 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다.

The purposes of this study were to explore ecological variables affecting self regulation of children and to analyze the relative importance of the ecological factors on self regulation.
The ecological factors explored in this study were included both organism variables and microsystem variables. Organism variables children's gender, age, birth order, temperament, etc. Microsystem variables were analyzed with two cluster: one is mother variable(mother's age, mother's job, the family income, the level of farther's education, the level of mother's parenting stress and education, maternal attitude, marriage satisfaction), and the other one is child care center variable(efficacy of teachers, related stress and job-related satisfaction of teachers, child care center type, group size, teacher-child ratio etc.).
Subjects were 280 pairs of children and their mothers, and 25 teachers who take care of the children at child care centers. They were recruited from 8 child-care centers in Gwangju.
Questionnaires were administered to mothers and teachers.
Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, Cronbach's ɑ, t-test, correlation multiple regression and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS WIN program.
