학교내 교원간 의사소통 네트워크 분석 : S초등학교 사례

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to conduct a systematic analysis of a communication structure and teachers' characteristics in the 'S' elementary school. For the study, Social Network Analysis(SNA) is utilized as a main method to design the research and conduct comprehensive analysis, by which a communication network in ‘A' school in Chung-buk province is viewed and analyzed. Data collection is mainly dependent on a survey method. Research findings are as follows: Firstly, the degree of connection among teachers particularly in teaching-learning is comparatively high as the communication network structure among them has been analyzed. Secondly, teachers form a cohesive structure by school grade each is in charge at almost all dimensions with regards to cohesion analysis among teachers. Thirdly, the head teacher and a chief of research in the Teaching-Learning communication network, the head teacher and chief of moral education in the Student Discipline and Guidance communication network, and the vice principal in overall communication network within the school are much more actively taking part in the communication network than other types of teachers. Fourthly, in order to build Professional Learning Community, Communication network among teachers should be actively promoted instead of focusing on balkanization by the teachers in-charge-of the same graders. In addition, we suggest a further study on analysing PDS operation in the school and the network of communication at school.
