Dance mood, a sub-factor of the dance mind, had a positive effect on training management, a sub-factor of self-management, and appearance-health and dance skills, a sub-factor of the dance mind, had a positive effect on interpersonal management, a sub-factor of self-management. Fifth, it was found that dance skills and dance efficacy, which are sub-factors of the dance mind, had a positive effect on ability verification, which is a sub-factor of the dance mind, and appearance-health and dance skills, which are sub-factors of the dance mind, had a positive effect on social support, which is a sub-factor of confidence. Appearance-health and dance skills, which are sub-factors of the dance mind, had a positive effect on leadership leadership, which is a sub-factor of confidence, and dance skills and dance efficacy, which are sub-factors of the dance mind, had a positive effect on physical and mental preparation, which are sub-factors of confidence.
