고령자의 사회활동 지원을 위한 AI 스마트 글래스의 사용자 경험 분석 = User Experience Analysis of AI Smart Glass to Support Social Activities of Elderly People

국문 초록 (Abstract)

초고령사회로 진입하고 있는 국내 실정은 전 세계적으로 주목할 만한 상황이다. 단순한 인구 연령층의 노화가 아니므로 사회 경제에 영향을 미치게 된다. 첨단 지능형 기술이 발달함에 따라 고령자의 신체적 기능을 보완할 수 있는 웨어러블 기기들이 생겨나고 있지만, 사회활동에 관한 고려는 부족한 상황이다. 연구의 목적은 초고령화 사회 속 고령자의 사회활동을 지원하기 위하여 사용자 경험을 기반으로 AI 스마트 글래스를 분석하고자 한다. 연구 방법은 문헌을 통한 고령자의 사회활동 영위에 삶을 질을 결정하는 요소를 도출하고 AI 스마트 글래스 기능과 결합하여, 연구 대상자에게 과업을 부여한 뒤 설문 조사와 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 AI 스마트 글래스의 많은 기능이 고령자의 사회활동을 수월하게 할 수 있도록 지원 가능하며, 사용자 경험을 토대로 AI 스마트 글래스의 전반적인 교육이 이루어진다면 고령자의 사회활동을 적극적으로 장려할 수 있는 도구가 될 것이다.

The domestic situation, which is entering a super-aged society, is a situation that is noteworthy worldwide. It is not just aging of the population age group, so it affects the social economy. With the development of advanced intelligent technology, wearable devices that can complement the physical functions of the elderly are emerging, but consideration of social activities is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to analyze AI smart glasses based on user experience to support the social activities of the elderly in an ultra-aging society. The research method derives factors that determine the quality of life in the social activity of the elderly through literature, matches them with the AI smart glass function, and assigns tasks to the study subjects, and conducts surveys and in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, many functions of AI smart glasses can be supported to facilitate the social activities of the elderly, and if overall education of AI smart glasses is provided based on user experience, it will be a tool that can actively encourage the social activities of the elderly.
