This paper aims to examine the current reality and future prospects of college English education in on-tact environment in the New Normal Era. For this purpose, this study explores English-Contents convergence curriculum, blended learning, and teaching methods in order to diversify English education as a university-level liberal arts course. The COVID-19 pandemic has virtually forced all universities to change online education worldwide, so the preparations for digital acceleration in on-tact environment in the New Normal Era can no longer be ambiguous. In the New Normal era, which leads to the paradigm shift of education, university innovation is required. Blending hybrid education can be the mainstream in the future, reflecting only the advantages of online and offline. In the future, it is considered important to develop English education contents by taking advantage of the environment of blending hybrid education and its own characteristics of each university. Therefore, the constant countermeasures for English education are required according to the times and circumstances.
