긍정심리자본이 대학생의 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 = An Exploratory Study on the Effect of Psychological Capital on Employment-Preparation Behavior of College Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 진로/취업분야 선행연구에서 구직자들의 직업탐색관련 행동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 알려진 직업탐색자신감(jop search self-efficacy)과 최근 조직행동분야에서 크게 부각되고 있는 긍정심리자본(Psychological capital)이 대학생들의 취업준비행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위하여 학부 3,4학년 대학생 280명을 대상으로 설문조사와 실증분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석 결과 첫째, 직업탐색자신감과 긍정심리자본 두 변수 모두 대학생들의 취업준비행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본 수준의 높고 낮음에 따라 집단 간 취업준비행동에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본이 직업탐색자신감과 대학생들의 취업준비행동의 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 개별 대학생들의 취업준비행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 취업준비에 필요한 실제적인 과제수행능력에 대한 자신감인 직업탐색자신감을 높여주는 취업역량 강화의 개입전략과 더불어 긍정심리자본과 같은 대학생들의 긍정적인 정서 개발을 병행할 때 보다 적극적인 취업준비행동의 시너지 효과를 얻을 수 있음을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the moderating effects of psychological capital on the relationship between job search self-efficacy and employment-preparation behavior.
In order to achieve the research purpose, a survey questionnaire was developed based on literature review on the field and was conducted to college students at a university in Chun-An city. The final 280 cases were included for data analysis, using IBM SPSS 21.0 statistics package.
The results are as follows: firstly, job search self-efficacy affects on employment-preparation behavior of college students. Secondly, the group with high psychological capital shows relatively high level of employment-preparation behavior. Thirdly, psychological capital was found to moderate the relationship between job search self-efficacy and employment-preparation behavior.
The implications of this study are as follows: first, more active and practical intervention strategies for improving college students’ job search self-efficacy are needed in order to facilitate more active employment-preparation behavior. Second, a various of indirect, positive, emotional intervention strategies are also be considered in order to facilitate college students’ active employment- preparation behavior.
