A rise in old people, who can be regarded as the housing underprivileged people, led to having entered the aging society in the year of 2000. The entry into a super-aged society is expected in 2026. Thus, in light of being considered the aged life in the elderly who are put in the blind spot of welfare, a support for the elderly housing in welfare is an element that will need to be weighed importantly more than ever.
In this regard, it can be said to be appropriate to seek a meaning of a residential right as the right to lead a life worthy of human dignity among the rights for living in terms of the housing right in the elderly housing underprivileged people. As for a support for the elderly housing underprivileged people out of the realization in the residential right, there is a need to be improved a part on the conversion to the amount of income recognition in the elderly housing underprivileged people, along with being abolished a support obligator in the current housing allowance.
