So, to have a negative attitude towards illegal copy, it is the pressing priority that establishing sound sense of consumers' perception against the illegal consumption behavior like an infringement of copyright. In other words, the social programs and the educations are needed to make the consumers recognize the negative effects of illegal copies and to enhance the social responsibility and ethics of consumption. In this context, we have to include consumers' social responsibility and ethics as the educational contents of consumption in government, schools, and organizations related to consumer. In addition to these, the strategies are needed as well, to notify the negative effects around the society results from the illegal copy. The college students need to know the meaning of copying books illegally and to know the social impact of it. A nationwide boycott movement against the illegal copy of the college textbook are to be started. And sustainable legal system will be needed like students' compensation or crack down on piracy in college towns.
Finally, the consumers' ethics and the consumer's responsibility could be internalized to the consumers by consumer policies in businesses, governments and colleges. And the hardened problems about the illegal book copying in the college towns could be healed by recognizing the negative effects of the illegal copy. Furthermore, all these things would promote the sound consumer society and contribute to the high quality of life and the development of national economy.
