    This study was focused on an analysis of the observation about the two rocks(porphyritic granite, conglomerate) made by the pupils, the third grade to sixth grade. The results are as follows: I. Generally, the pupil`s observation was done by using the two senses, the sense of sight and the sense of touch when observing. 2. Of the pupil`s observing abilities, quantitative and many-sided observation of object increaseds, as the grade ascends. 3. Interpretation which most of pupils obtained from facts of observation is inaccurate.
