IPA를 활용한 자연휴양림 운영주체별 이용행태 및 관리방안 연구 = Visitor Behavior and Management Strategy of Recreation Forest by Ownership Type Using Importance-Performance Analysis - Focused on 6 Recreation Forests in Gyeonggi Province -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

물가인상으로 인한 인건비 및 운영비 증가 등으로 인해 자연휴양림 운영에 있어 경영수지 불균형이 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 특히 사립자연휴양림의 경우, 처음 조성당시 공익적 측면에서 국·공립 자연휴양림과의 보완성을 염두해두었던 것과 달리 막대한 초기투자와 경영난으로 인해 지속적인 관리에 어려움이 따르고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국·공·사립 자연휴양림 이용객의 이용행태를 파악하고, 자연휴양림 속성에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석을 통해 운영주체별 특성화 및 차별화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 29개의 자연휴양림 구성요소를 도출하였으며, 경기도 내 자연휴양림 6개소(국·공·사립 각 2개소)를 방문한 이용객을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. IPA 매트릭스 작성결과 운영주체별로 중요하게 여기는 속성이 서로 다르게 나타났으며, 특히 노력집중화의 속성이 다르게 나타나 향후 수익성 및 경쟁력 강화에 있어 각 유형별 특성을 살린 전략이 시행되어야 함을 시사하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Profitability of recreation forest is getting worse due to high operating costs and burden of personnel expenses. Despite complementarity effects of increasing public interest between National/Provincial and Private recreation forest, Private one has financial difficulties that are high cost of the primary investment and insufficient management conversion. In this context, this study aimed to examine visitor behavior and to suggest practical implications of specialization and differentiation of 3 different recreation forest type using IPA analysis. Finally 29 attributes of recreation forest were selected through literature review, and on-site survey carried out in 6 recreation forest(2 of each ownership type) in Gyeonggi province. Results of IPA matrix showed that the attributes considered most important and high priority by visitors were different in 3 types. In conclusion, results of this study proposed that in order to satisfy the visitors, National, Provincial and Private recreation forest should take a different marketing approach from those of the general ones, and it will be helpful to improve profitability and competitiveness of recreation forest for the future.
