자기효능감이 창의성에 미치는 영향 : 창업지향성의 매개역할

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 자기효능감이 창의성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 자기효능감이 창의성에 창업지향성을 매개로 했을 때 영향을 주는지도 분석하였다. 데이터는 수도권 기업 구성원 153명에게 수집하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감이 창업지향성에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 입증하였다. 둘째, 자기효능감이 창의성에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 입증하였다. 셋째, 창업지향성이 창의성에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 입증하였다. 넷째, 자기효능감이 창업지향성을 매개효과로 창의성에 대하여 매개체에 미치는 영향이 부분적으로 유의하므로 부분 매개효과가 있다고 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This dissertation examined the effect of self-efficacy on Creativity, the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial orientation, the effect of Creativity on entrepreneurial orientation, and the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation in the relationship between self-efficacy and Creativity. Data was collected from 153 corporate members in the metropolitan area. The result of this dissertation is summarized as follows. First, it is proven that self-efficacy has significant influence on entrepreneurial orientation. Second, it is proven that self-efficacy has significant influence on Creativity. Third, it is proven that entrepreneurial orientation has significant influence on Creativity. Fourth, since the influence that self-efficacy has on Creativity through the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation is partly significant to the media, it is concluded that there is statistically significant medium effect in part.
