R&D research institutes under the Korean government conduct audits on the execution of research funds after the completion of research, and respond to audits by submitting original copies of relevant documents when conducting audits. For most audited organizations, there are many difficulties in managing and printing paper documents for preservation and archiving the originals. To solve these difficulties, the government has recently been making various efforts to reduce economic costs at all stages, including the creation, distribution, and storage of paper documents. Furthermore, the government is promoting a comprehensive revision of related laws to include electronic documents in the scope of originals. In this study, we studied a plan to build a paperless accounting management system that can efficiently support the above research expense execution audit and settlement tasks.
