고령화시대의 노인복지증진을 위한 실버생활체육 동호인조직 활성화 방안 - 경산지역을 중심으로 - = The Development Plan of Community Sports Club for Old Ages in Aging Society with Promote Welfare - Focus on GyeongSan Area -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose this study was to find out the development plan of community sports club for old ages in aging society with promote welfare. For this purpose, a three-round Delphi technique was used to collect data
through a series of surveys to obtain the consensus of a group of 30 experts in promotion of aged sports club for GyeongBuk area. In the first round Delphi data were analyzed by research group. and In the second and third round data were analyzed research group and using SPSS 12.0 ver for discriptive analysis method. The following conclusions were drawn: First, There needs to development activities program for community sports club for old ages. In other words development activities program are various kind of activity program, for old ages new activity program and encouragement of organization for old ages sports club. Second, There needs to development activities facilities for community sports club for old ages. In other words development activities facilities are new construction facilities, expanding facilities and using promotion facilities of sports club for old ages. Third, There needs to development instructor phase for community sports club for old
ages. In other words development instructor phase are secure experts, instructor training and construction of volunteers system. Fourth, There needs to development administration‧policy‧public relation phase for community sports club for old ages. In other words development administration‧policy‧public relation phase are construction system of administration‧policy‧public relation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고령화시대의 노인복지증진을 위한 실버생활체육 동호인조직 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있으며, 연구대상은 2006년 현재 경북지역 노인복지 및 생활체육관련 분야에 종사하는 전문가 그룹 40명의 명단을 작성하고 이중 참여에 동의하고 조건이 충족된 30명을 선정하여 조사하였다. 자료분석은 1차적으로 전문가의견이 수렴된 자료는 연구자를 포함한 연구진이 내용별로 분류하여 코딩하였으며, 2차‧3차에 대한 자료는 연구진과의 회의와 더불어 통계처리는 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석에 사용된 분석기법은 기술통계분석이었다. 이러한 연구절차에 따라 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 실버생활체육 동호인조직 활성화를 위해서는 프로그램 측면의 활성화가 이루어져야 한다. 즉, 다양한 이벤트 개최와 노인대상 뉴프로그램 개발, 조직 결성 장려였다. 둘째, 실버생활체육 동호인조직 활성화를 위해서는 시설 측면의 활성화가 이루어져야 한다. 즉, 노인에 대한 지자체의 시설확보와 적극적 공간확보 그리고 기존시설 사용촉진이였다. 셋째, 실버생활체육 동호인조직 활성화를 위해서는 지도자 측면의 활성화가 이루어져야 한다. 즉, 노인체육 전문인력확보와 자원봉사 시스템구축 그리고 전문인력구축이였다. 넷째, 실버생활체육 동호인조직 활성화를 위해서는 행정‧재정‧홍보 측면의 활성화가 이루어져야 한다. 즉, 행정적측면과 재정적측면 그리고 홍보측면에서 활성화가 이루어져야 하는 것으로 나타났다.
