유아 교수-학습 계획안 작성 및 활용 실태 연구 = An Investigation on the Documentation and Sage Conditions of Teaching-Learning Plans for Young Children

An objective of this research is to find a measure to establish and provide fundamental information on teaching-learning plan, which is a framework for the class, by investigating about current address of documenting and using teaching-learning plans on the site of early childhood education. An investigation was conducted on 304 teachers in the metropolitan area, cities and in farming villages about current conditions of documenting and using teaching-learning plans through a survey. High proportion of teachers documented and used annual, monthly . and weekly plans and low proportion of teachers used daily teaching-learning plans. High proportion of teachers used teaching-learning plans. However, in many cases, teachers had wrong perception about teaching-learning plans focusing on group and activity as teacher-oriented teaching-learning and did not utilize teaching-learning plans. Many teachers responded that lack of time and information were the reasons why teaching-learning plans are not used in actual classes. And it was proven that teachers faced difficulties in documenting educational plans for each grade level and in writing up coherent plans.
