      Workers working for the underground air-tight noise space were affected in threshold shift the digestive trouble rising blood pressure laboring breath reducing operation efficiency and psychoneurosis.
      Therefore noises proceeded from the machine of industrial place were mesured and workers congnition investigation was enforced.
      The results was the followings.
      1. The noise loudness of the underground air-tight industrial place is like an example that W industrial place stands for 100.0dB(A) high and A industrial place represent 70.0dB(A) low.
      The workers examining by hearing on operating machine are exposed to a noise pollution.
      Therefore the offices and the resorts using workers working for the air-tight industrial place are reguired a noise counterplan.
      2. The noise of a ventilator and a compressor was occurred by dynamical causes. Compressors hardly changed soundpower derived from horse power and they were decided the sound property according to the condition of
      Also, ventilators and compressors suggested that they show high wise degree below 1kHz.
      A change of sound power derived from horse power is generally on the increase.
      Workers working for the underground narrow machine rooms required a good work circumstance.
      Therefore the perfect noise counterplan is required.
      3. The main causes of noise pollusion ane compressors 69.8% and ventilators 19.8%
      They depend on the season.
      as example, summer is very serious 69.8%, generally, they have a serious effect on man regard less of season.
      The answers mentioned above showed us that the noise pollution have a serious effect upon society.
      4. Mass communication is very important to inform the public of a noise knowledge.
      Machine drivers working for the industrial work for noising space for over 8 hours.
      They appeared the facts that the noise have a serious effect to physical trouble and working circumstaces.
      They also wanted to change there occupation.
      So the problems of the industrial place noise became powerful social problems and the noise counterplans must be provided.
