발달장애인 진로지도를 위한 부모교육 프로그램 도출을 위한 연구 = Deriving Parent Education Programs for Career Guidance for People with Developmental Disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 발달장애 학생이 학교를 졸업한 이후 진로 및 직업지도의 사각지대에 놓여지는상황을 보완하기 위해 발달장애인 진로지도를 위한 부모교육 프로그램을 도출을 위한 뱡향성을 제시하는 데 있다. 이 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해서 발달장애인 진로 및 직업지도와 관련 있는 전문가 및 발달장애인 자녀를 둔 부모를 포함한 9인을 대상으로 포커스그룹인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였다.
연구결과를 살펴보면 먼저 발달장애인 진로지도 실태와 관련하여 인터뷰에 참여한 전문가 및 발달장애인 부모 모두 발달장애인에 대한 진로지도 프로그램이 부족하다고 인식하였고, 필요성에 대해서는 긍정적으로 응답하였다. 다음으로 발달장애인 진로지도를 위한 부모교육 프로그램 도출을 위해실시한 인터뷰 결과 발달장애에 대한 이해 프로그램, 발달장애 자녀를 위한 상담기초에 대한 프로그램, 진로와 직업의 이해 및 진로선택을 위한 동기부여 상담 프로그램, 발달장애인 직업배치 및 적응지원 프로그램이 도출되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to derive a parent education program for career guidance for students with developmental disabilities to compensate for the blind spot of career and vocational guidance after graduating from school.
To achieve the purpose of this study, a focus group interview(FGI) was conducted with 9 people, including experts in career and career guidance for people with developmental disabilities and parents with children with developmental disabilities.
According to the findings of the study, both experts who participated in interviews and parents with developmental disabilities recognized the lack of career guidance programs for people with developmental disabilities and responded positively to the need.
Next, as a result of the interview conducted to develop a parent education program based on the desire for career and career guidance for people with developmental disabilities, programs for understanding developmental disabilities, programs for counseling basics for children with developmental disabilities, and motivation for understanding jobs and choosing careers It was investigated that grant counseling programs, job placement for people with developmental disabilities, and adaptation support programs were needed.
