The present study has analyzed the research trend on youth training activities in intra-Korea for 9 years(2004~2012) since 2004 and further suggested future research tasks. For this study, a total of 123 theses(85 dissertations and 38 articles from domestic academic journals) were analyzed. The target theses were found along with the key word youth disciplinary activity through the Internet search engine. The result shows that the year of 2012 has the most publications with 29 theses (23.6%) followed by 6 doctoral theses (7.1%). Among these, master`s theses were 79(92.9%). Based on the quality of journal classification, 11(28.9%) were published on the second grade journals and 20(52.6%) on the first grade journals. Based on the number of researchers, 2-person jointed research was highest with 19(50%) and one person researcher was 17(44.7%). Talking about the major research areas of the authors, the physical education majors take charge of 49(39.8%) and the major of youth studies 35(28.5%). The research focus of the analyzed theses was classified into two categories: middle and high school subjects. 27(25%) targeted the junior high and high school students and 25(23.1%) middle school subjects. Then, the analysis of the targeted facilities shows that disciplinary facilities take the highest point of 42(36.5%), followed by sports facilities, 39(33.9%), then training centers, 15(13%). As for the topic of research, 70(56.9%) were dealing with developmental characteristics of youth and 32(26.3%) are concerned with the satisfaction on disciplinary activities. This study was finalized with the future research suggestions.
