도시균형발전 차원의 재래시장 분포특성에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of distribution of the conventional retail market and to suggest some lessons under consideration of urban balanced development in Korea. The contents of this study are consisted of following three sections. In the first section, the preceeding researches regarding characteristics of location and development pattern of the conventional retail market and urban balanced development are reviewed as a theoretical review. In the second section, the distributional characteristics of the 41 conventional retail markets located in Daejeon in the aspect of urban spatial structure, living area and development action plan are analyzed.
As a conclusion, the policies and planning directions for development of the conventional retail market are organized and the some lessons for urban balanced development through the future planning of the conventional retail markets are suggested.
