기독교적 세계관의 관점에서 본 초등학교 6학년 아동의 직업관 분석 = Analysis of Occupational View of Sixth Grade Children through the Light of Christian View of the World

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 기독교적 세계관의 관점에서 초등학생의 직업관을 분석하여 직업에 대한 올바른 인식과 건전한 태도를 기르기 위한 진로교육의 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적과 관련하여 탐구하고자 한 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 초등학생들이 직업을 선택하는데 가장 영향을 미치는 것은 무엇인가?
둘째, 초등학생들의 직업선택의 기준은 무엇인가?
셋째, 초등학생들은 어떤 직업관을 가지고 있는가?
이러한 연구문제에 대한 해답을 구하기 위하여 경기도 안산 덕인초등학교 6학년 136명을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다.
본 연구의 문제 해결과 관련한 측정도구는 연구대상의 일반적 특성과 직업 선택의 기준, 직업 결정의 요인, 직업 선택의 조건, 이상적 직업관을 조사하는 설문지와 직업관 검사 설문지를 직접 제작하여 사용하였다. 그리고 일반적 특성에 따른 직업 선택의 특성을 교차 분석을 실시하였고, 직업관 검사의 각 하위 영역별 평균과 표준 편차를 구하는 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, 일반적 특성에 따른 직업관의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 T-test와 ANOVA를 실시하였으며, ANOVA에서 유의한 차이가 있는 경우, Duncan의 사후검정을 통하여 집단 간의 차이를 분석하였다.
이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 초등학생들이 직업을 선택하는데 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기 자신인 것으로 나타났다. 그 다음으로 부모와 가족 순으로 나타났으며, 스포츠 스타나 연예인, 대중매체, 교사의 영향력은 적은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 초등학생들이 직업선택의 기준으로 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것은 적성과 흥미인 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 경제적 수입과 직업의 안정성이 뒤따랐다.
셋째, 아동들의 직업관은 환경의식의 점수가 가장 높고, 그 다음으로 창조의식, 균형감각, 물질주의 등이 높은 것으로 나타난 반면, 귀천의식, 소명의식, 성공주의는 점수가 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to obtain the basis data of an elementary school student’s course education for raising right recognition, and behavior by analyzing occupational view of the elementary school student in the viewpoint of Christianity.
The research questions to be investigated regarding this principle are as follows:
First, What is the factor influencing the idea for choosing the occupation in the elementary school student?
Second, What is the criteria to choose the occupation for elementary school students?
Third, What is the feature of elementary school students of the occupational view?
In order to obtain answers to the proposed questions, this study selected 136 Sixth-graders from Dukin Elementary located in Ansan city, Gyeonggi-do.
The measuring tools relating to the outcome of this study were the question sheet of general characteristic, the criteria of an occupation selection, the factor of an occupation decision, the condition of an occupation selection, and the ideal occupation and occupational view. Cross tabulation analysis was implemented to determine the mean of relationship between occupation selection characteristics and general characteristics. Descriptive statistics was utilized in order to investigate mean and standard deviation of the low area of occupational view. Finally, T-test and ANOVA were scrutinized to find the differences between occupational view and general characteristic.
The results of this study were as follows.
First, the factor to influence most on choosing the occupation in the elementary school student was the students, themselves. The next factors were the parents and family members. The power of influence from well-known athletes, entertainers, and teachers was insignificant.
Second, the most important criteria for the student to select their occupation was the interest and aptitude for the occupation. The stability of the occupation and economic income followed.
Third, environmental awareness, creativity, balanced sense ranked high in the score of the occupational view. The high and low consciousness of occupation, the consciousness of calling ranked low.
