      The purpose of this study was to develop a structure model of technological capability to achieve the objectives of the technology education. To achieve the purpose of this study, specifically, this study was (1) to identify the concepts on competency/capability and (2) to analyze the statements of capability concerning the objectives and functions of technology education. And then, this study was (3) to review the researches on fields of technological capability. And finally, this study was (4) to develope a structure of technological capability on the basis of these research findings.This study was conducted by literature review and the main findings of this research were as followings: (1) A capability is a roll-relevant behaviour by composition of three elements which are attitude, knowledge and skill.(2) Capabilities in technology education are described on the stand point of students and different in the fields in each grade. (3) Fields of a technological capability are composited by capabilities and categorized by unit of capability.(4) The structure model of technological capability is composed by three factors which are elements of capability, fields of capability and learning steps of capability.
