    The effects of Korean Ginsens Tea, Youngsoosamcha(永壽參茶), manufactured by Korean Ginseng Products Co., Ltd., Seoul on the early phase of plant growth were investigated and the following results were obtained. 1) Seeds of several plant species (such as cucumber, radish, cabbage, eggplant and red pepper) rinsed in diluted (500 times) Korean Ginseng Tea prior to seedling grew faster (in the early phase) than non-treated ones. 2) The effect of the ginseng tea soaking was found time dependent and biphasal. 3) The effects of the ginseng tea solution (1500 times dilution) spraying on leaves were not demonstratrated appreciably.
