The purpose of this study is to suggest the policy plan implied from the problems of the Nuri curriculum focused on the national education for preschoolers in the macroscopic viewpoint. The subject of this study analyzed on the operation of preschool institutions, relatives laws, conflicts, institutional evaluation, the curriculum of the infantile educations and financial aid policies. The main conclusion of this study is the necessity of single departmental transfer with the efforts for enforcing the role of national institution that operates in the management structure for unification and for the integration between the relative laws and the roles of early childhood education and child care. First, the national institution and infantile educational institution should be operated in the effective way. Second, the government has to examine the situation of the program and the operating hours of the institutions in the adequate criteria of the operation of Nuri curriculum. Furthermore, the necessary policies that are suggested in this study are based on the long-term pre-planned, sufficient adjustments, adoption and the practices. In the Conclusion, this study suggests the practice of the department of early childhood education and child care through enforcing the roles and organizing the relative committee for the policies for the infantile education.
