運動部集團에 있어서 指導者의 리더쉽 認知에 關한 硏究 = A Study on Athletic's Cognition of Sports-leader's Leadership in Sports-groups

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at investigating sports-leader's pattesn and the results of sports-group through high school athletes consisting of 259 superior athletes and 397 inferior ones.
1. As for the coincidence to the aims of the individual and the team, the results of the superior groups are better than those of the inferior ones in ball games and record games (ball games p<.05 record games p<.001).
2. As for the efforts of the leader's achievement, the result of all the superior groups are better than those of the inferior ones (ball games, record games p<.05)
3. As for the human relationship between the leader and athletes, the results of the superior groups are better than those of the inferior one in ball games and record games (ball games, record games, p<.05).
4. Af for the human relationship among the athletes, the results of the inferor group is better than that of the superior one in ball games (ball games p<.05).
5. As for the atmosphere of the team, the result of the inferior group is bettes in ball games and combative sports, and those of the superior group is bettes in record games, but these in no significant difference between them
6. As for the leader's fair treatment for the athletes, the results of the superior group is better than those of the inferior group in combative sports (combative sports p<.05).
7. As for the leader's leadership, the results of the superior group is better in combative sports but those of the inferior group is lower in record games (combative sports p<.01, record games p<.001).
8. As for the adeguacy of the leader's instsuction, the results of the inferior group is better than those of the superior group in ball games and combative sports (ball games, combative sports p<.05).
9. As for athletes' proposal to theis leader, the results of the inferior group is better than those of the superior group in combative sports and record games (combative sports p<.001, record games p<.01).
10. As for the training method of combining the theory with the practice, the results of the inferior group is better than those of the superior group in ball games (ball games p<.01).
11. As for the relationship between voluntary training and the results, of the superior groups are better than those of the inferior one's in all games ( ball games, combative sports p<.001, record games p<.01).
