Age incidence was highest in the 6th decade(31.8%) and sex distribution designated female predominance(3.1%).
All of the diverticula were solitary and most of them located on the medial part of the second portion in the duodenum(81.9%).
Epigastric discomfort, fullness and pain were most common complaints among the duodenal diverticula patients, and they were usually relieved by the medical treatment including bland diet regimen, antiacid and anticholinergic drugs.
