      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      본 연구는 문제행동 아동에게 재활승마 프로그램을 실시하여 아동의 자기조절능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 재활승마 프로그램에 참가를 희망한 실험집단 아동 15명에게 2주 동안 주 5회 재활승마 프로그램을 실시하였고, 프로그램 참가를 원하지 않은 13명을 통제집단으로 하였다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 17 t-test를 적용해 분석한 연구 결과는 첫째, 재활승마 프로그램이 실험집단 아동의 자기조절능력에 유의미한 영향을 끼쳤다. 둘째, 행동관찰 평가에서 실험집단 아동이 과잉행동, 위축행동에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 이상의 결과에서 재활승마 프로그램이 문제행동 아동의 자기조절능력을 향상 시키는데 효과적이었다.

      The purpose of this study is to provide Equine Facilitated Therapy program to the children with problem behavior and identify its effects on their self-regulation. For this purpose, Equine Facilitated Therapy program was provided to 15 children in the experimental group who agreed to participate in Equine Facilitated Therapy program five times a week over two weeks, and there were 13 children in the control group who didn't agree to participate. The collected data were processed by using SPSS 17 t-test, thus obtaining the following results: First, Equine Facilitated Therapy program exerted significant effects on self-regulation among those children in the experimental group. Second, behavior observation showed that the children in the experimental group made positive changes in hyper activity and withdrawal. To put the results together, Equine Facilitated Therapy program was effective in improving self-regulation for the children with problem behavior.
