    The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influence of Information Systems and Partnership on SCM Performance with information system perspective. Also this study develop the performance measurements on information system in supply chain. For this study first we find the relation between Information System, Partnership and SCM performances using literatures. And suggested hypotheses have been tested using PLS on 73 firms` samples which possess supply chain system. Research findings are Information System Quality has no direct effect on performance but has effect on partnership. Also partnership has effect on performance. Hence Information System Quality has only effect through partnership. And the developed performance measurements with respect of Information System have effect with partnership in supply chain.
