    In this project, we develop a multimedia DB and user interface for individuals with disabilities. This system was developed to equalize and expend the benefit of social welfare service opportunities through the nations and accelerate the quality improvement of social welfare via information superhighway networks.
    We design and implement individuals with disabilities, such as individuals with visual impairments and physical disabilities and health impairments, can use this DB system.
    The following DB were constructed to accomplish the goal mentioned above;
    a. A DB system which contains rehabilitation technology devices, laws and policies, and professional organizations for people with disabilities.
    b. User interface in this DB system enable to search the DB individuals with disabilities independently.
