원조전문직을 위한 문화적 역량 척도개발 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회복지사, 교사, 간호사, 사회복지전담공무원 등 원조전문직을 위한 문화적 역량 척도개발을 위해 진행되었다. 문헌연구 및 결혼 이주여성과 실천전문가 대상 면접을 통해 문화적 역량 하위지표를 구성하였다. 하위지표에 대해 전문가 자문을 통해 문항의 중요도와 내용타당도를 검증하였으며 사전조사를 거쳐 33개 지표를 도출하였다. 417명의 자료에 대해 교차타당화 방식을 적용하여 지표의 요인구조와 개념타당도 검증을 하였다. 탐색적 요인분석결과 3개의 요인구조가 적합한 것을 확인하였으며 이에 대해 구조방정모형으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 ‘문화적 인식’, ‘문화적 태도’, ‘문화적 지식과 기술’의 3개의 하위 개념(33개 문항)으로 구성된 한국판 문화적 역량 척도를 개발?제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recognizing the importance of cultural competence measure of helping professions, this study tries to develop cultural competence measure for helping professions such as social workers in private and public sectors, teachers, and nurses.
The study conducted focused group interviews with married immigrant women and social work professionals, and then selected sub-indices of cultural competence from the viewpoints of service users and service providers. Final 33 indices were selected by the verification of the importance and content-validity of sub-indices under the advices of professionals.
The study applied cross-validation method to the data from 417 helping professions in order to verify the factor structure and concept-validity of the indices.
The result of exploratory factor analysis shows that 3 factor structures are the most appropriate, and the result of confirmatory factor analysis suggests that the Korean version of cultural competence measure consists of 33 questionnaires which compose 3 sub-concepts such as ‘cultural awareness’, ‘cultural attitude’, and ‘cultural knowledge and skills’.
