都市土地情報體制의 改善에 관한 硏究 : 우리나라 地籍制度를 中心으로 = (A) Study on Improvement of Urban Land Information System : In case of Cadastral System in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Cadastral system in Korea is needed to improve the land information system for reasonable land use due to the intensity and diversity of urban land use and advanced industrial society.
Accordingly the purpose of this study is to identify the role as land information source and also to evaluate existing land information system in relation to land use planning and cadastral system.
The issues of this evaluation are as follows ;
1. The limitation of cadastral system in the secondary dimension.
2. The inefficiency on duralism of land register and cadastre.
3. The disorder of cadastral rescord system.
4. The difference between registered land category and present land category.
5. The unreasonableness of cadastral administrative organization system.
By means of this analysis, the improvements of this study are as follows ;
1. The introduction of multipurpose cadastral system.
2. The implementation of renovation of cadastre.
3. The reorganization of land management organization.
Moreover, it's plan- establishment should go ahead of it's actual implementation in terms of comprehensive impact assessment which is gradual and reasonable.
