창조교육의 관점에서 교육복지에 대한 고찰 = A Study of Educational Welfare Considering from the Creative Education

The aim of this study is to look out on the methods of learning and teaching the prosperous lives of human beings in the system of lifelong learning from the viewpoint of creative education in the 21st century. This statement is authenticated in fact that the values and dignities of human beings, the basic ideas of social welfare, are in accord with the ideas inquired in education. The consultation between the idea of social welfare and the substance of education can be considered in the position of educational equality. Therefore, in this study I examined both the idea of social welfare and the problem of educational equality. And I argued that the creative education can solve the problem of educational equality in the various alternative ideas of education. The reason that the creative education can satisfy the educational welfare is because it connotes the realization of human equality. That is, the creative education makes the ultimate value of human equality for humane welfare. So the aim of creative education is to make human beings by completion of personality through the development of humane abilities into the subject that can realize all the forms of welfare. In other words, education extends the creativities of human beings, and inquires the welfare lives which can adopt to the world of future in the range of the whole man. In conclusion, I consider that the realization of educational welfare in the system of lifelong learning is to be based on the creative education which can develop the abilities of human beings synthetically.
