상담전공대학원생들의 진로결정동기와 대학생활적응간의 관계 : 성격과 가치의 조절효과 = The relationship between motivation of career decision and college adjustment of graduate students majoring in counseling: The moderating effect of personality and value

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 상담전공 대학원생들의 진로결정동기를 상담에 긍정적 영향력, 상담에 대한 관심, 인정받는 진로, 융통성 있는 직업으로 나누어 대학생활적응에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았으며, 진로결정동기를 내적 동기와 외적 동기로 나누어 대학생활적응과의 관계를 살펴보았다.아울러 내,외적동기와 대학생활적응간에 성격5요인과 일의 가치가 조절역할을 하는지를 살펴보았다. 대상자는 서울, 경기지역에 상담전공 대학원생들이며, 총 201명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 Pearson의 상관분석과 다중회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 진로결정동기, 성격5요인, 일의 가치의 하위요인 중 성격 5요인의 개방성을 제외한 나머지 모두가 대학생활적응과 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로결정동기의 하위요인 모두 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 상담의 긍정적 엉향력, 상담에 대한 관심, 인정받는 진로, 융통성 있는 직업의 순으로 나타났다. 또한 진로결정동기를 내적 동기와 외적 동기로 나누어 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 내적 동기가 대학생활적응에 더 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성격5요인의 하위요인인 외향성의 수준에 의해 진로결정동기의 외적 동기와 대학생활적응의 관계가 조절되었다. 넷째, 일의 가치의 하위요인인 이타주의와 경제보수 수준에 의해 진로결정 내적동기와 대학생활적응의 관계가 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경제보수의 수준이 진로결정 외적 동기와 대학생활적응의 관계가 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 상담전공 대학원생의 대학생활적응 연구를 진행하여 상담전공 대학원생에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제기하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is the identify the effect of the career decision motivation on the college adjustment for students majoring in counseling at graduate school. The motivation are divided into 4 foctors. The foctors are: posiive effects on counseling, interest in counseling, counselor's social reputation and job flexibility. Motivation was divided into inner motive and outer motive. Identify the moderating effect of personality, work values between motivation of career decision and college adjustment. Date was collected from sample of 201 students in majoring in counseling at graduate school in seoul and gyung gi. The method of analysis was Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Based on the study, first, variation of motivation, personality and work values are all related with college adjustment except openness. Second, motivation career decision’s sub-variation are all related with college adjustment. It was order by positive effects on counseling, interest in counseling, counselor's social reputation and job flexibility. Identify the effect of inner and outer motivation on the college adjustment, inner motivation is more affected. Third, neurotiousness and extroversion was shows the moderating effect between outer motivation of career decision and college adjustment. Fourth, only altruism was shows the moderating effect between inner motivation of career decision and college adjustment. Also economy was shows the moderating effect between outer motivation of career decision and college adjustment.
The research has been done with college adjustment for students majoring in counseling at graduate school, and it suggested the need for study for them.
