    An elastic body that consists of many penetrated holes on it has characteristics properties. In this paper, such typical plate structure where the penetrated holes arrangement of perforated body might be considered as an istropic one on plane (i. e. a plane of xy coordinate system),was handled. At the same time, as the plate structure would be looked upon as a transverse orthotropic plate its elastic constant matrix was constructed. Therefore, the elastic moduli of the structure were gained with Finite
    Element Method and compared with results of other thesis.
