원격 교육을 기반으로 자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 부모가 참여한 중재 관련 국외 연구 분석 = A Review of Studies Related to Intervention via Teleeducation with Parents of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

국문 초록 (Abstract)

원격 교육은 인터넷, 방송, 통신, 우편과 같은 원격 커뮤니케이션 매체를 통해 교수자와 학습자의 교육이 비대면 방식으로 이루어지는 교육 형태를 말한다. 비교적 시간과 장소의 제약이 적어 교육 기회의 확대 제공과 교육적 효율성이라는 측면에서 장점을 지님으로써 다양한 교육 및 훈련 분야에서 활발하게 시도되고 있다. 본 연구는 원격 교육을 기반으로 자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 부모가 참여한 선행 연구를 분석하여 향후 현장에서 관련 프로그램의 개발 및 적용을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 최근 10년간 국외 학술지에 발표된 선행연구 총 23편을 선정하여 연구 참여자, 연구 방법, 종속 변인, 독립 변인 특히 원격 교육 방법과 관련하여 전달 유형, 전달 매체에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학령기 이전 유아의 부모를 대상으로 한 연구가 많았으며 대부분 다양한 증거 기반의 중재 방법을 사용하여 사회 의사소통 기술과 행동 중재에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 또한, 원격 교육의 전달 방법으로 비동시적, 동시적 방식을 다양하게 사용함으로써 그 효과를 입증하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 국내 자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 부모를 위한 원격 교육 방법에 대해 향후 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Teleeducation, also called distance education allows teachers and learners to make a non-face-to-face communication via distance communication media such as the internet, broadcasts, telecommunications, and mail. Comparatively unlimited by time and space, teleeducation has been widely used in various education and training programs to expand educational opportunities and enhance educational efficiency. The purpose of this study is to review the literature on teleeducation for parents of children with autism spectrum disorder, and therefore provide the basic data for development and implementation of the teleeducation program in the field. For this purpose, 23 studies of past 10 years were included. This study evaluates participants, research methods, dependent variables, independent variables. In addition, the types and media of delivery related to methods of teleeducation were analyzed in depth. The results of the study were as follows: The participants of the reviewed experimental studies were usually parents of preschool age children with autism spectrum disorders. And various evidence-based practices were conducted to examined the effects on social communication skills and behavior management. Also the effectiveness of teleeducation has been proved by the diverse use of asynchronous (occurring at a different time) or synchronous (real-time) methods as a means of delivery. Based on the results, we discussed and suggested directions for further research.
