국문 초록 (Abstract)

지역아동센터는 지역사회에 거주하며 서비스를 필요로 하는 모든 아동들에게 필요한 서비스를 체계적으로 제공하여야 한다. 그러나 이제까지 지역아동센터의 운영 실태를 보면, 홍보 부족과 역할수행의 미흡으로 지역사회 주민들이 지역아동센터의 기능을 제대로 이해하지 못하거나 시설을 충분하게 이용하지 못하는 것이 현실이다. 지역아동센터의 문제들은 관련 기관들과의 네트워크 부족, 제공하는 프로그램의 질과 효과성의 미흡, 종사자의 전문성 부족, 불충분한 설비 등에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 최근 들어 지역아동센터의 역할과 기능 정립은 지역사회자원과의 네트워크에 초점을 맞추어야 한다는 인식이 확산되고 있다.본 연구에서는 우선 지역아동센터의 개념과 현황을 살펴본 후 사회복지네트워크의 이론적 논의를 정리하였다. 이론적 논의에서는 네트워크의 개념, 사회복지분야에서의 네트워크 관련 선행연구, 다양한 사회복지분야에서 논의되었던 네트워크 모형을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 지역아동센터 네트워크의 모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 네트워크 모형에는 지역아동센터와 연계할 체계로서 클라이언트, 공공기관, 사회복지기관 그리고 지역사회 민간자원을 포함하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

TCommunity child care centers are supposed to provide services necessary to all children in local communities. However current operation of community child care centers does not achieve this goal. Many residents in the community do not even understand its function, and fully utilize its facilities.These problems come from several reasons, such as lack of inter-organizational networks, low level of program quality and staff's speciality, and insufficient facilities. Fortunately there become a consensus that it is important to make a network among local community resources.This study explores the network model of community child care centers. First, this study examines oper-ating status of community child care centers. Second, theoretical discussions are covered about the concept of network, literature review of network studies in social welfare and various types of network models. Last, this study suggests an exploratory network model of community child care centers. The model claims that clients, public agencies, social welfare institutions and private resources in local communities should be connected with community child care centers.
