고교 태권도선수의 심리기술요인 비교연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to compare whether of Psychological Skills Taekwondo athletes differ according to their performance level and sex. A total of 129 (male : 67, female : 62) High School Taekwondo athletes participated in this study from Seoul, In cheon and Kyunggi-Do. Differences among individual demographics on the Psychological Skills were analyzed by independent t-test and two-way ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows : Firstly, there were significant differences between athletes' sex and their Psychological Skills. That is, male group rated higher on Visualization, Peaking/Preparation, Coachability, than female while female group showed higher on Arousal Control . Secondly, there were significant differences among athletes' performance level and Psychological Skills. That is, semi-professional athletes answered higher on Psychological Skills than any other groups except Anxiety. Thirdly, there were no effective between athletes' performance level and sex on Psychological Skills.
