      The purpose of this study was to investigate the time used for daily activities by rural housewives, the attitude of their work role, and their life satisfaction.
      For these purpose, 182 housewives residing in Sunsan-Gun, Kyoung Sang Buk-Do
      were selected.
      The findings are summarized as follows;
      1. The average time used on physiological activities were 7 hours and 49 minutes, farming labour time were 6 hours and 28 minutes, working time were 9 hours and 42 minutes, household labour time were 5 hours and 49 minutes and leisure time were 2 hours and 28 minutes.
      2. They considered that their working are overloading, and the level of satisfaction to their work was low.
      3. The attitude that they satisfied to their life was obvious, but considered that they adapt to their life more or less.
