꽃차소믈리에의 성격 유형에 따른 꽃차에 대한 색채 감성 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

꽃차는 색, 향, 맛 중에서 먼저 눈으로 마신다고 할 만큼 색의 아름다움은 다른 차와 차별성 및 정체성이 뚜렷이 구별되고 있어 이러한 꽃차 고유의 특성을 발전 및 산업화를 위한 꽃차 시장의 확대에 따라 개인별 맞춤형 기호성 차로 발전시키기 위한 본 연구는 꽃차소믈리에의 성격유형에 따른 꽃차에 대한 색채 감성을 알아보고자 수행되었으며 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 응답한 152명의 꽃차소믈리에 성격유형을 보면 본능중심형인 장형이 109명(71.7%), 감정중심형인 가슴형이 19명(12.5%), 사고중심형인 머리형이 24명(15.8%)으로 약 5.7 : 1 : 1.3 정도이었다. 꽃차에 대한 색채 감성에서 빨간색 꽃차와 노란색 꽃차에서 “따뜻한”이 가장 높은 점수를 나타내었고 초록색 꽃차, 파란색 꽃차, 보라색 꽃차에서 모두 “기분 좋은”이 가장 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과에서 볼 때 꽃차는 일반 차와는 달리 먼저 눈으로 마신다고 할 만큼 색의 아름다운 매력 때문에 나타난 결과라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 조사는 앞으로 전문적 꽃차소믈리에 양성 시 다른차와 차별성 및 정체성으로 뚜렷이 구별되므로 꽃차 색채 감성 연구에 도움이 될 수 있으리라 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The beauty of color is distinctively differentiated from the other cars because of its distinctive color, incense and flavor, which is distinctive from the other cars. The purpose of this study was to investigate the color sensitivity of the flowering sommelier according to the personality type of the flowering sommelier. The results were as follows. In the 152 flower tea sommeliers that responded, 109 (71.7%) were the abdominal type, 19 (12.5%) were the breast type, and 24 (15.8%) were the head type.
In the color sensibility of the flower tea, "warm" showed the highest score in the red flower car and yellow flower tea, and "pleasant" in the green flower, blue flower, and purple flower showed the highest score. From these results, it can be inferred that the crossover is the result of the beautiful charm of the color, which is different from that of the ordinary tea. Therefore, it is expected that the research of this study can contribute to the development of the color of the flower which can be distinguished clearly by differentiating and identity in the future when cultivating a professional flower tea sommelier.
