중국과 북한의 외국인투자기업법제에 관한 비교연구 = The Comparison of Foreign Invested Enterprise Law between China and North Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Utilizing foreign capital is always an important strategy of economic development since China`s reform and opening. For the purpose, China positively issues various favorable policies in absorbing foreign investment and promotes the process of relative legislation. During this process, the law on three types of foreign funded enterprises takes the central role. North Korea have groped the road of opening to the outside world since the 80s and legislated various laws of foreign investment. The law on three types of foreign funded enterprises also takes the central role in North Korea. North Korea referenced China`s legislative mode and some of concrete contents. Due to the influence of international environmental factors and national conditions, North Korea has own unique content on legislation.
