부부친밀도에 미치는 요인 연구 = (A) Study of the Factors of Influencing the Marital Intimacy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

부부간의 친밀감에 대한 욕구와 기대가 높아지고 있지만 부부친밀도를 증진시키기 위한 방안에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부부친밀도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 판별해 내고, 부부친밀도 수준을 비교·분석하여 이를 증진시키기 위한 사회복지 실천 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 대전지역의 유치원, 초등학교 학생의 어머니, 교회의 부인성도 250명을 유의표집하여, 구조화된 설문지를 활용한 조사를 실시하였다. 조사완료된 212부에 대해서는 SPSSWIN을 이용한 통계분석을 하였는데, 주요 가설검증 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 부부의 종교에 따라 부부의 친밀도는 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 부부의 종교가 일치하는 경우가 부부의 종교가 다른 경우보다 부부친밀도가 높게 나타났으며, 부부 모두 기독교인 경우가 친밀도 수준이 높았다.
둘째, 부인의 자아정체감이 높을수록, 부부친밀도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 부인의 자아존중감이 높을수록, 부부친밀도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 부인의 자아분화수준이 높을수록 즉, 삼각화와 정서적 단절 수준이 낮을수록 부부친밀도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 부부친밀도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 부인의 자아존중감과 자아분화수준만, 부부간의 가치관의 일치도, 상호건설적 의사소통과 상호회피적 의사소통인 것으로 나타났다.
이상의 주요 연구결과들을 바탕으로 하여 볼 때, 부부의 친밀도를 높이기 위해서는 ① 부부간의 의사소통기술을 중진시키기 위한 의사소통 교육·훈련 프로그램을 확대해 나가야 하고, ② 자아존중감과 자아분화수준을 높일 수 있는 개인 상담 또는 가족 상담프로그램을 활성화시켜 나가야 할 것이며, ③ TV 등의 언론 매체를 통해 부부간의 가치관을 일치시켜 나가는 '사례교육'을 했으면 하고, ④ 사회복지관이 앞장서서 지역주민들에게 좀더 다가가 부부생활을 원활히 할 수 있도록 하는 프로그램을 개발하여 교육하고 지도, 상담할 수 있어야 할 것이며, ⑤ 개교회에서는 가족복지를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 실시하여야 한다.
이에 아울러 부부친밀도에 관한 후속연구에서는 좀 더 구체적이고 다양한 연구, 양적 조사와 부부친밀도를 증진시키는 데 목적을 둔 프로그램의 실험적 연구와 그 효과성 평가가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The expectation of marital intimacy comes into increase, but the methods of research that increasing marital intimacy is very insufficient. Here we research the factors influencing marital intimacy and analyse the degrees of intimacy between couple and then we suggest the methods of increasing the social welfare.
To end to this result, we research the 250 persons with structured list in kindergarten in Daejeon metropolitan city, mother of elementary school. The well-done 212 papers compile the statistics using SPSSWIN, and the major theory prove is on the below:
In the first, marital intimacy is worthy difference depending on the religion of couple. It means when the religion of couple is same have a high intimacy than others and especially when they are christians, they had a high intimacy Second, the greater the stagnation of wife's ego-identity, the greater the intimacy of couple. Third, the greater wife's self-esteem, the greater the intimacy of couple. Fourth, the greater the degree of wife's differentiation of self, means the confusion and cut off between them is low, the greater the intimacy of couple. Fifth, the factors that influence the marital intimacy is only wife's self-esteem and self-differentiation and agreements sense of value, mutual hospitality communications and mutual hostile communications.
According to these results of recent research, in order to promote the intimacy of couple : ① we must extend gradually education and discipline program that will enhance the communication skill between them, ② we must activate individual or family counsel program that will elevate degrees of self-esteem and self-differentiation, ③ we hope that the case study which coincides husband's sense of values with wife's through mass media such as TV will be performed, ④ an organization for social welfare must be closer to local residents and must develope programs that husband and wife get along well with themselves to lead and consult them, ⑤ Church also must develope to perform various programs for family welfare.
Additionally, the succeeding study on the intimacy of couple must focus on experiments whose purpose is to increase the intimacy of couple. Also the study must be more concrete, more various, and it must be based on more case studies. Lastly, it must estimate the effectiveness of those programs.
