아파트 주구구성과 그 방법에 대한 연구 ( Studies on Apartment Housing Pattern and What Makes Them. )

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The forces shaping Seoul metropplitan today are not as rational or
understanddable as in historic times. Housing forms the Bulk of the city
and is thus basic in determing its character, which in turn attests to the
forces forming the environmental pattern. In this situation, we must tackle
not only the quantitative shortage in, and supply problem of, dwelling houses
cansed by the increasing population of the dwelling complex. And this is an
essential condition for human-life, and that such style as high density housing
that appears as an inevitable phenomenon when the increase of city population
reaches the serious stage, should be reconsidered in this thesis, several studies
and analyses have be made on the residential houaing of the Seoul metropolitan
especially with regard to the shape of high density type so as to find out if it
has necessary dist-ribution conditions as a city public housing units.
