Research on the Sustainability and Success Factors of Social Ventures

This study is a literature study on the sustainability of social ventures. We sought to enhance social innovation through interaction with various actors under the structure of sociality, economics, and innovation of social ventures, which are the main agents of social innovation. In other words, social innovation-type social ventures can be divided into social value-first social ventures and economic value-first social ventures.
In order to improve the dynamic execution ability of social innovation-type social ventures, it was necessary to systematize several factors as follows.
First, it is important to discover opportunities to create value for social ventures and to be motivated to implement them. Second, impact investment companies require more attention. Third, it is necessary to create a social environment necessary for establishing a social entrepreneurship spirit that pursues social values. Fourth, it is important to form a social and institutional foundation for social ventures and social enterprises to be activated.
