The rapidly changing economic and technological environment has intensified competition among companies. To achieve a competitive advantage and ensure sustainable development, organizational innovation is crucial. Organizational innovation refers to the process of implementing new ideas to achieve better outcomes in existing markets, and innovative behavior plays an essential role in this process. This study investigates the variables influencing innovative behavior. Data were collected from employees working in companies in the Gyeonggi region. Using SPSS 22.0, analyses of validity, reliability, and correlations among variables were conducted, followed by regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of inclusive leadership as a key antecedent in promoting innovative behavior. Additionally, the study revealed that Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) serves as a mediator in the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovative behavior. Furthermore, employees who perceive a strong error management climate were found to recognize inclusive leadership more prominently, thereby amplifying its positive impact on innovative behavior. In an era where organizational innovation and innovative behavior are increasingly significant, the findings of this study are expected to provide practical implications from various perspectives.
