學校相談의 必要性과 相談者의 役割期待 = Necessity of The School Counseling and Role Expectation of School Counselor's

This review was attempted to look into school counseling and school counselor`s role Expectation school counselor`s role activities in the school setting as follows:

First, necessary to redefine and clarify the role of counselor`s in school setting.
Second, School Counselor`s showed make a effort to increase the Communication with significant others as school administers, teachers, parents, students, and school counselors should make a effort to improve their Self-Knowledge that occupational speciality
Third, School Counselor`s should continue to play a role of researcher.
Fourth, School Counselor`s should knowed that it is discipline commitment and teaching and Administration responsibilities were responded negatively
Finally, School Counselor`s must identify that needs, ability, development possibility of students.
